About the Role
McMahon Services own and maintain over 1400 major plant items comprising of dozers, excavators, graders, rollers, loaders, dump trucks, prime movers, low loaders, cranes and more.
We are seeking applications for an experienced Welder. While reporting to the Fabrication Supervisor, you will form part of the South Australian maintenance team based at the national head office in Dry Creek. The role will be field service as well as workshop based.
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
- Repair and maintenance of plant and machinery
- Fabrication modifications to all types of plant and machinery
- Field service welding repairs/breakdown
- Assist in specialist equipment builds
- Various forms of Structural Fabrication in the construction industry
- Marine fabrication modifications
About you
To be successful you must possess:
- Demonstrated experience post apprenticeship
- Relevant trade qualifications, Cert 3
- Current driver’s license (MR Preferred but not essential)
- Heavy plant welding experience
- Experience in crack repairs preferred
