Cooltrax is seeking a dynamic and results oriented Sales and Service Account Manager to join the team reporting to the National Account Manager based in Port Melbourne. We operate in Australia and the United States with the home base in Port Melbourne where you will be based.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer accounts, following up with customers for administrative purposes and providing trouble shooting assistance for orders, invoicing and collections.
- Managing and scheduling service work via our network of service technicians nationally.
- Building relationships with existing clients to grow the thriving ongoing service sector.
- Answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments and following up with customers about order status.
- Developing strategies for prospecting and lead generation.
- Creating and processing orders in a timely manner including reviewing pending orders and customer requests.
- Helping the sales team to improve productivity and efficiency by taking on key administrative and back-office tasks.
- Developing and maintaining a customer relationship management system including key contacts, sales figures, metrics, and any other relevant information as well as maintaining an organized and accessible electronic customer filing system.
- Collaborating with other business functions to ensure smooth and efficient Sales and customer service processes e.g., Liaising with the internal finance function to ensure all invoicing is scheduled in a timely manner.
- Continuously update knowledge of products and Services, industry trends and competition to provide the highest level of support and expertise to customers.
Experience and qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles
- Well organized and self-motivated with good time management and organizational skills along with excellent interpersonal, communication and IT skills.
- An ability to work within a small team.
- An understanding of key sales principles and customer services practices.
- Full drivers’ license and vehicle
Package:
- Salary Range $75-$85,000 plus Superannuation
- Plus Car allowance
- Plus Commission
