We are looking to bring onboard a reliable and hardworking Fitter to join our engineering team.

About the role:
- Full time
- Immediate start
- Reporting to our Engineering Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate specific pieces according to given specifications. Must be capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- stainless steel welding and fabrication that complies with Dairy and Pharmaceutical industry grade standards.
- Install, maintain and repair packaging and manufacturing machinery both in-house and at external customer sites.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 3 years
- Forklift licence essential
- Be trade qualified
- Can comply with occupational health & safety guidelines to ensure safety of others and yourself
- Team orientated
- Strong attention to detail
- Understanding of HACCP and food handling/ food hygiene is preferred
- Flexible to work on changing hours
- Physically fit to perform all duties
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
