We are on the hunt for an experienced, passionate and service-driven Property Manager to join our pre-opening team for our newest asset, HOME Docklands. Add your personal touch, drive, and personality to the team, create authentic and genuine connections with the resident community. Let’s be clear! This is not your typical property management role. Monday - Friday work days, no maintenance management, no travelling (no car required) and no managing multiple landlords and buildings. We see the value in property management, all leasing appointments and activities are taken care of by our dedicated leasing specialists, plus admin support is provided so that you can focus on what you do best.

A current Agents Representative Certificate is required and legislation knowledge pertaining to property management including experience with VCAT proceedings is highly desirable.
