About the role
The Booking Officer provides operational support and services to appropriately schedule, Independent Medical Examinations for injured workers within relevant legislation, whilst actively managing expectations of insurance agents and medical practitioners.
Key accountabilities:
- Ability to identify which provider's best match the request booking to defined business guidelines.
- Actively contribute to continual improvement in the system and processes.
- Ensuring an effective and efficient customer service is provided to all key stakeholders.
- Review inbound booking requests to ensure the utilisation of appointments in a timely manner.
- Ensure all bookings are made with agreed Service Level Agreement.

About you
You are an experienced Booking Officer with a strong understanding of medical scheduling and administration procedures. You are motivated to plat your role within the team to make a difference to the Victorian community.
You will also possess:
- A wealth of experience in undertaking inbound/outbound calls and administrative duties.
- Accurate and proficient data entry skills.
- Ability to work within fast paced and changing environments.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and sound organisational skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills.
