About the role:Playing a valued part in our operations team in Altona North, this permanent full-time position works Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.00pm. Your key duties will include:
Accurately Book In all vehicles using hand-held computer or Book In sheet. Physically opening all vehicle apertures will be required
Liaise with key operations personnel to ensure the accurate processing of customer vehicles including transport, rectification, Book In procedure and inspection results
Taking photographs of vehicles & labeling vehicles
Driving of vehicles across the yard when required
Assisting other team members across our operations teams when needed
Safety is at the forefront of everything we do and to be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment medical, which includes a fitness assessment and a drug and alcohol test. About you:
Experience in a similar role in a medium to large organisation or significant equivalent experience in a related industry
Exposure to working in the automotive industry and administration roles
Willing to undergo background checks (Police and Work Rights) and a pre-employment medical (including a drug and alcohol test) as part of the recruitment process. Please note: we also conduct random drug and alcohol tests onsite.
