ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE:
In this rewarding opportunity you will join the St Vincent's Private Hospital Melbourne (SVPHM) team as a Hospital Bookings Officer in our Perioperative department at our East Melbourne campus.
You will be part of a dynamic team who work collaboratively with our surgeons rooms to ensure smooth bookings for our patients. The bookings office is open Monday to Friday between the hours of 07.30 am to 6.00 pm each day.

The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Liaising with Accredited Medical Practitioners (AMP's) and their support staff
- Completion of Hospital Bookings in our Patient Administration System
- Provide high quality customer service to patients, colleagues and the public
ABOUT YOU:
As an outstanding Hospital Bookings Officer your skills will include:
- Previous customer service experience in dealing with people in person, telephone and in writing
- An understanding of or certificate in medical terminology
- Previous experience with Patient Management System
- Advanced computer skills
- Have enhanced time management skills and ability to work collaboratively
