Bookkeeper

The Stanton Collaborative is a Sutherland Shire based accounting firm with a strong focus on outsourced CFO client solutions.   

Our growing business is looking for a skilled bookkeeper to join our team. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to move to full-time as our business continues to grow.

You will work closely with our management team to ensure our clients accurate and timely accounts and management reporting. The role and responsibilities of the position include:

• Working directly with a selection of clients
• Maintain Xero/MYOB client files
• Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly client Payroll
• Accounts Receivable
• Account Payable 
• Invoices reconciliations
• Client correspondence
• BAS preparation

We take a collaborative approach to our client engagements, with the successful candidate required to be a detail-oriented individual with strong time management skills. 

Communication is key within our firm and a driver of our success. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, is a must. 

Experience will be held in high regard for the successful candidate. Formal qualifications not required.
