Bookkeeper

Bookkeeper (Part Time)

Must Have:
Valid visa to work in Australia (including working holiday visa and student visa)
XERO and Excel Experience essential
At least 0.5 – 1 years experience in a bookkeeping role

Duties & Responsibilities

List jobs required inc reconciling accounts, paying wages bills across entities, running cashflow, work as part of a team, office maintenance work

About The Role

The role will suit you if you can meet the following criteria:
A solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting methods
Strong experience with using Xero (preferred) and Excel
Experience with using either the Tax Agent or BAS Agent Portal.
Ability to manage your time and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A natural desire to build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service
A keen focus on delivering value and solving problems
Ability to be flexible in meeting client and business demands
Ability to work unsupervised on and off-site
Excellent attention to detail and able to complete work accurately
