AddressPilbara Real Estate are seeking a full-time Trust Account Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team in Karratha.
We are an established agency with efficient systems and procedures, supported by a hands on Director/Licensee and Accountant.
The role includes
- Daily reconcile of Trust Accounts
- Pay creditors and BAS
- Working with Property Managers on tenant ledgers
- Daily Banking
- End of Year Data preparation for External Audit
The ideal candidate will have;
- Financial literacy and experience with bookkeeping.
- Xero experience
- Police clearance
- Attention to details
- Willingness to learn Property Management IT program (Property Tree)
- The hours can be relatively flexible with a mix of office and working from home as needed.
