This role requires someone who can multi-task administration as well as complete all Bookkeeping requirements. Certificate IV in Bookkeeping.
Would suit:
- 4 days a week
- Would suit school hours/flexible (3 - 5 days per week)
About the Role:
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Weekly Payroll processing
- Monthly PAYG
- Quarterly BAS
- Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
- Scheduling and liaising with Operations Manager for staff requirements
- Addressing HR requirements when needed
- Management, P&L reporting
- Briefing Director & Sales staff on financial position
Experience Required:
- Certificate IV Bookkeeping a must
- Experience in SAP Business 1
- Excellent computer skills; Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Ability to work autonomously reporting within timeframes
- Understanding of recovered commodities or recycling but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Working with a small team of 3- 6
