We are a small innovative established technology company with over 50 years experience located on Sydney's Upper North Shore and seeking a casual Bookkeeper and Administration role. Located in Hornsby area, we are a short walk from the train station and have off street parking.
Our office facility is a friendly environment with a lot of variety in this role for the right candidate..
This is an in person onsite position only.
Your main duties will include:
- Being Articulate, professional and polite telephone manner
- General Bookkeeping- Invoicing- Accounts Payable and Receivable
- BAS complete preparation and reconciliation
- Superannuation and Compliance
- Payroll
- Bank Reconciliations
- Purchasing
- Liaison with customers usual via email
The qualities we are looking for:
- A committed, self motivated and high attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- A positive "Can Do" attitude
- Must have excellent English communication skills and written correspondence
- Must have good knowledge of MYOB Premiere (essential) to this position and strong computer skills using Word, Excel, Outlook and the Web
- Willingness to take on a wide range of tasks
- Punctuality and reliability is paramount
- Initially Casual position but open to review for the right person
- Ready to start immediately
