Job description

Permanent Office Administrator role available, Flexible working arrangement, Based in Western Suburbs.

The company
A dynamic construction firm based in the Western Suburbs is looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper/ Administrator to join their team.
The role
  • Managing project accounts, allocating income and expenses.
  • Performing data entry tasks, including handling quotes, invoices and bills.
  • Streamline payment processes.
  • Responsible for payroll duties.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations.

About you
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administration role.
  • Completion of a relevant Bookkeeping course is desirable.
  • Proficient in Xero is essential.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Full working rights (AU/NZ perm resident or citizen).
  • Experience in the Construction Industry is highly regarded.
