We currently have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organised individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper/Office Administrator. The ideal candidate would be mature-minded, self-motivated, and reliable, with experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- End-to-end accounts payable and receivable functions
- Payroll and superannuation processing
- Motor vehicle fleet management
- Day-to-day running of office administrative duties
- Office supplies and expendables purchasing
- Liaising with service providers (such as IT consultants, accountants, auditors, and phone system maintenance)
- Assisting with reception and customer service duties as required
- Handling general office and administrative duties as needed
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of two years of relevant experience in bookkeeping and payroll
- Experience with Xero or equivalent accounting software
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Loyalty, honesty, and reliability, along with a positive attitude
- Self-drive, self-motivation, attention to detail, and the confidence to work independently without constant supervision
