Position: Bookkeeper and Office Allrounder
Location: Fremantle, Western Australia
At Kailis Fishmarket and Cafe, we're not just about fish; we're about community, history, and flavour. Nestled in the heart of Fremantle, our bustling market has been a local landmark for decades, serving up the freshest seafood and a side of coastal charm.
What we need:
- Manage the books like a pro, with a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience under your belt.
- Handle payroll, Superannuation, AP, AR, and reconciliations—all in Xero.
- Utilize Excel (proficiently) and MS Office for reporting and reconciliations.
- Deputy and Impos to streamline operations (advantageous but not essential).
- Keep the office running smoothly.
- Assist the accountant and restaurant staff with reporting and ad hoc tasks.
- Someone with an overall mature attitude who can work together with our other venues as well as work autonomously to get the job done with the required deadlines.
