Our firm is currently seeking a Senior Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in bookkeeping, exceptional organisational and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple clients' accounts with ease.
As a Senior Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day bookkeeping operations and ensuring all clients' accounts are up to date and accurate. You will also prepare Management Reports, reconcile accounts, and maintain accurate records.
The Successful Applicant must have:-
- A Minimum of 5 years’ prior experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MYOB and Xero accounting packages, and Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Experience in AP, AR, and Payroll as well as BAS and Tax
- Ability to work effectively to deadlines & time pressures.
- Excellent verbal, written and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Proficient and fast keyboard skills - attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
