Position: Bookkeeper
Location: Ascot, Western Australia

This is a part-time office-based role, offering flexible working hours between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm. The role reports directly to the managing director.
What we need:
- An experienced bookkeeper with acute attention to detail and strong analytical skills —a minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.
- Able to handle payroll, Superannuation, accounts payable and receivable, and reconciliations—all in Quickbooks.
- Confidently generate and present monthly reports to management.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills—ability to work with others.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel.
- Customer service mentality.
- Experience with inventory systems will be highly regarded.
