We are seeking an experienced MYOB Bookkeeper to work 1 day a week, on contract, within our agency and the option to work offsite too.
You will be reporting to the Managing Director, and you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Raising sales invoices for clients monthly
- Entering supplier invoices weekly
- Weekly bank accounts reconciliation
- Processing credit card purchases monthly
- Preparation of end of month management reports from MYOB
- Updating weekly cash flow spreadsheet
- Processing weekly payrolls, updating and maintaining leave records
- Preparation of quarterly Business Activity Statement (BAS) & monthly Instalment Activity Statement (IAS) via ATO portal
- Processing payments on a weekly basis, previous experience with NAB Connect is preferred
- Processing of quarterly Superannuation payments via ATO SBSCH
- Financial & Payroll Year-end Processing, including liaison with external accountant
- Following up outstanding accounts
- Maintaining accurate and neat accounting records
- Ad-hoc bookkeeping tasks for associates when required
Essential experience: MYOB AccountRight, Outlook, & Excel. Experience with other accounting package like QuickBooks Online is an advantage.
