The Role
Reporting to the CFO, this part-time position is ideal for an individual seeking flexibility in their life. The successful applicant will bring with them several years of bookkeeping experience, enabling them to seamlessly tackle various financial tasks, including payroll.
The practical experience of being within the role is a priority and is seen favourably above. This role entails an in-office presence, and the ideal candidate will find fulfilment in this collaborative and caring culture that is seen throughout the business. They value the input of this role and having your voice heard is a vital aspect of the role.
You will be responsible for:
Monthly Payroll preparation
Performing reconciliations of General Ledger accounts
Processing payments and invoices accurately and within expected time periods
Preparing Profit and Loss and Balance Sheet Reports for Accountant
Preparing GST return
Liaising with Shareholders across two sites
To be successful in the role you will have the following attributes:
Excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask
Experience in Manufacturing highly desirable
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Exposure to XERO
Bookkeeping experience
