Lenan Corporation is a Wholesale Pharmacy Distributor based in Berrinba, Logan, Qld. We currently have a part-time position (30 hours) available in our small admin team for an experience Bookkeeper to manage payroll, expense reconciliation, BAS preparation and submission. You will draw upon your experience to maintain the correct information in the Xero Chart of Accounts and ensure accurate payments to suppliers and our team.
Key responsibilities and functions:
- Reconciliation of customer payments and trading terms
- Month end processing (BAS preparation and submission)
- Business expense reconciliation
- Business payroll
- Accurately and timely maintenance of all journals, ledgers and Balance Sheets.
- Maintenance of service-based contracts and service supplier payments
- Customer credit control and debt collection
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in a diverse Bookkeeping role/s, preferably in a small to medium enterprise
- Demonstrated knowledge of accounting and ERP software and reporting tools, particularly Xero
- AP/AR experience
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Excel.
- A proven ability to work autonomously
