You'll use your skills to assist our range of clients with their bookkeeping functions including reconciliations, accounts payable and payroll. Ideally you've got at least 3 years experience in Bookkeeping and you'll know your way around MYOB and Xero.
This is what you'll be working on:
- Bank reconciliations
- Day-to-day creditor and debtor data entry
- Regular reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts
- Entering and processing a variety of payrolls
- Assisting in the Month End process
- BAS/IAS preparation
- Review and tidy of client data files in preparation for annual tax compliance and/or annual audits
- Transition of client files to Xero as required
- Provision of Xero software training to clients
- Responding to client bookkeeping and software queries
- Client billing
- General accounts administration support

To be successful in this role you'll have:
- At least 3+ years' experience in a bookkeeping role
- Experience in Accounts Payable
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Extensive payroll management experience for a large number of employees
- Proficiency in Human Force, Micropay, and Xero is highly preferred.
- Ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A reliable work ethic that ensures prompt communication with clients and team members
- Experience using MS Office
