Accounts Administrator/Bookkeeper

We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administration professional to join our team based in Stafford. We have a part time 24hrs position available, flexible over 3 days.

BCL Production Services has established itself over the past 30 years as one of South East Queensland’s premier production supply and hire companies.

-Processing of weekly wages

-Accounts Receivables

-Accounts Payable

-BAS

-Superannuation

-Liaise with accountant

-Preparation of cash flow and other reports for the Managing Director

-Preparation of End of Month Reports

-Petty Cash Management

-Managing employment documents

-Basic ad hoc duties

To be considered for the position, you will have

- Previous accounts and payroll experience is required

-Previous MYOB and Excel experience is required

-High degree of accuracy

-Excellent communication skills

-Ability to prioritize work

-Highly organized and punctual
