Bookkeeping New Client Aquisition

We are a bookkeeping firm we specialize in bookkeeping to BAS lodgments for over 90 clients inclusive of payroll. All our employees work from home and we  have been in business for 11 years.

We are looking for someone to take on the signing up of New Clients with a fixed commission per client which is negotiable. It takes around 5 hours per client as part of the signing up process, we currently receive around 25 clients per year, but as we are limited with time we could receive alot more with the help from the right person.

We are looking for someone who has a lot of experience in bookkeeping as this role requires someone to know all the ins and outs but there will also be some training in our processes.

This role is not limited to commission only, as the clients come in the work will follow.

This might suit someone who is looking for the work life balance as this is a work from home role, or someone who already has a part time role and would like some extra work.

The jobs related are:

• Acquisition of New Clients including zoom or face to face meetings
• Acquiring bank statements & entering transactions in
• Reconciling New Client bank accounts until up to date
• Fixing backlog entries
• creating work processes for current employees using templates and handing over ongoing work

The education required is:

• Diploma of accounting
• Cert 4 financial services bookkeeping
