The Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to support our Emerald operations, on a full time basis. This is an integral role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our administrative processes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate records, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting various administrative tasks. This position will closely support our operations team and is a great opportunity for someone with admin experience that is looking to learn more about operations, and get more hands on!

Tasks & Responsibilities
- General administration tasks such as: answering calls, managing shared inboxes, invoicing, ordering stationary, data entry etc
- Coordinate freight travels from various locations by liaising with clients, suppliers and drivers.
- Raising and receipting purchase orders
- Entering data into relevant systems, generating reports, and maintaining accurate records
- Be the right-hand man to the Branch Operations Manager by providing critical operational support
Skills & Experience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain efficient workflows
- Highly developed computer skills with a strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a fast-paced team.
- Willingness to learn more about our operations
