The Role

Reporting to the SEQ Service Manager and based in Darra, the Branch Administrator will be responsible for performing a range of diverse administration and service functions for SEQ region to assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the service business.

Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Undertake and provide administrative support to the Branch and the business as required
  • Support and assist service technicians with timesheets via Pronto, Salesforce Service Field
  • Collaborate with the Service Deployment Officer to facilitate service calls and job allocations
  • Collaborate with the Service Administration team and managers to deliver excellent customer service
  • Generate service jobs, purchase orders, FSQ, PIRs & goods receipting, etc.
  • Generate accurate & timely reports and maintain master asset data base
  • Assist in contract set up and management processes
  • Oversee the training of service staff when necessary
  • Maintain client portal requirements
  • Develop strong relationships with all levels of stakeholders
