The Opportunity:
We have a rear opportunity for an experienced Service Administratorwho will provide administrative and clerical support to the Branch including payroll and service invoice processing, reception, phone enquiries, customer service support, general secretarial and clerical duties.
This is a very busy role where you will be faced with competing priorities at any one time.
We're looking for a resilient, organised individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.

What we are looking for:
- Had previous experience in a similar position
- Be a self-starter and be able to work unsupervised
- Possess exceptional customer service experience
- Computer literate with competency in the Microsoft Office programs
- Able to work in a cohesive and inclusive work environment
- Must have highly effective written and oral communication skills
- Hold a current driver’s license
- Experience with SAP payroll administration is highly regarded
