Based in Clontarf, you will be joining a successful, friendly and supportive branch, providing administrative services to support the ongoing smooth operations of the branch.
No two days will be the same in this role, as you provide a wide range of administrative services across the branch including providing support to the Sales and Service divisions.

Your tasks will include:
- Set up and maintain administrative processes and records for the branch.
- Be a professional and friendly point of contact as you liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Provide support with invoicing, payroll and accounts.
- Assist the team with timesheets.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
About You
- Strong administration, time management and prioritising skills.
- Computer literacy – Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP systems.
- Be a team player and work well with others.
- Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Attention to detail.
