About you:
- A Bachelor in systems, mechatronics, electronics, mechanical, etc
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical (multidisciplinary) systems
- Systems analysis/integration experience
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Able to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Motivated and able to multitask effectively
- This position is well suited to a field service technician who is ready to take the next step in their career
- Working closely with the sales and customer service teams
- Owning and managing pre-installation, installation and commissioning processes
- Managing engagement with subcontractors
- Qualifying site selection, shipping of systems, pre-deployment preparation, etc
- Maintaining control of hardware, software, systems, quality, processes, etc
- Creating and maintaining documentation
- Conducting field trials and validation trials with laboratories
- Providing training to field personnel, contractors, etc
- Other tasks as defined by business needs and the company COO
