Position: Business Development Manager
Are you a natural connector, a marketing maven, and an all-around relationship guru? If so, we want you on our team! As our Business Development Manager, you'll be the driving force behind building meaningful connections and spreading the HAHS magic. Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
Manage and cultivate relationships with referral partners and clients, turning connections into collaborations. Assist in welcoming new clients with open arms, ensuring a smooth transition to our fantastic care team. Reach out to potential business partners, sparking new opportunities and growth. Dive into market research, making HAHS a household name. Analyze our performance and help us skyrocket to new heights. Collaborate with our management team on branding, marketing, and innovative initiatives. Share your feedback on our triumphs and areas for improvement. Shake hands (virtually or in person) at conferences and industry events, elevating HAHS's presence.
Your Awesome Qualities:
To thrive in this role, you'll need to be as self-motivated as a rocket, with a passion for reaching the stars. Experience in a relevant sector is a plus.You're a master communicator, weaving bonds with clients, their representatives, and key stakeholders. Plus, you bring these superpowers to the table:
