Position: Branch Manager
Location: Mackay, QLD

Responsibilities:
- Foster a culture of Leadership and Professionalism in alignment with MC Quality's National business plan.
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Mackay office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and expand our client base in the region.
- Lead and motivate a small but growing team of professionals, promoting collaboration and excellence.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance and progress of the Mackay office.

Requirements:
- Background in engineering trade or related field with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably within the structural asset management or related industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance, welding inspection, and mechanical engineering principles.
