We are an Australian Campervan Rental Company operating in Australia, New Zealand, Japan and the USA.
Full management, development and training support will be provided. The package will include free annual international campervan hire! We want you to live and work tourism, so this role comes with a minimum of 4 PAID WEEKS VACATION every year!
- $65,000 annual base salary.
- $500 at risk monthly bonus.
- Monthly commission - paid on all ‘add on’ sales and vehicle sales.
- The money you will earn will be a direct result of the work you put in.
- Superannuation paid ON TOP of base salary. This will increase .5% every year until 2025 as per government mandate.
- Use of company mobile phone/your mobile phone plan paid.
- Use of company rental vehicles (when available).
We are in a growth phase right now and the next few years will be an exciting time for everyone at Travellers Autobarn, we are offering a foot in the door to a Mangement Position. There will be support provided for all areas of the business from our Head Office staff that also work from the same location. There is certainly room for further progression and promotion at Travellers Autobarn.
We are seeking a motivated, forward thinking and pro-active person to run our branch in Melbourne Branch. The heart of our product is a well-maintained vehicle so this role would suit a person with mechanical and maintenance skills. You would be running a small team of 2-3 people and overseeing the quality of the contract cleaning company that cleans the campervans before hire. It is hands on, mentally stimulating with constant problem solving required.
Your role is to manage ALL aspects of our Melbourne Branch.

Education/Experience Nice-to-haves:
- 5+ years of work experience
- Mechanical and/or maintenance skills
- Valid driver's license (obviously!)
