We are seeking a self-motivated team member with a strong business management and sales focus. As Branch Manager of our Midwest branch you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the branch including leading our experienced service team and operations.
With the energy and experience to meet the financial goals for the branch, you will develop and implement business strategies, and enable delivery of branch targets.
As a leader in the provision of fuel management solutions, this is an exciting time for Fuelfix, as we continue to build our hydrocarbons business whilst supporting organisations in new equipment and technologies as they transition to a cleaner energy future.
The Role:
- Manage the commercial, operational and maintenance functions of the branch
- Implement strategies in line with long term business objectives
- Seek opportunities to increase company market share with existing customers
- Identify and develop new opportunities and customers, building long term relationships
- Ensure profitability of products and services
- Manage day to day operations of business unit and ensure systems are in place for customer satisfaction by providing service of the highest quality
About You:
- Experience of developing and maintaining relationships with customers, team members and peers in a leadership role
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Demonstrated supervisory and management experience
- Financial skills – P&L, pricing, contract evaluation
- Strong Safety Focus
- Initiative, drive and enthusiasm with outstanding work ethic and professional attitude
