Job Description:We are currently seeking an energetic and talented
Senior Learning Partner to join our Culture, Leadership & Learning team. This is an initial 12 month max-term contract, flexible to be based anywhere in Australia for the right person. The
Senior Learning Partner role is responsible for designing and delivering learning frameworks and solutions to enable Findex's Culture, Values, Talent, Business and Divisional Strategies, and engagement approach to deliver on our Employee Capability Uplift.
What will your typical week look like?- Diagnose, advise and build the learning capability plan for the division based on understanding the divisional business strategy and the shared Findex-wide enterprise capability priorities
- Lead the development of divisional specific capability frameworks, (including competency frameworks), priority learning projects and contribute to the development of career pathways
- Design, deliver and embed contemporary learning solutions in response to the planned divisional learning capability framework and alignment with Findex's overarching learning strategy, design practices and frameworks
- Lead governance mechanisms within the division to enable business alignment on learning prioritisation and learning investment decisions, including managing the divisional learning budget

Let's talk about you!You are someone with…..- Proven experience in a similar learning & development role, with experience in advising the business on learning solutions in response to their current and future business goals
- Broad experience in designing & delivering contemporary learning solutions for medium-large, complex organisations
- Relevant tertiary degree + Cert IV in Training & Assessment would be highly desirable
- Prior experience within financial services or professional services is highly desirable
