Due to increase of business, one full time Branch Manager position is available to work at our Gosford branch.
What is this role about?
Reporting to the Operation Manager/Company Directors, your prime responsibility will be the overall management of the retail, financial and operational performance of the branch.
You will be responsible for delivering strong revenue growth, ongoing margin improvements, continuous improvement of service quality and customer excitement and experience, employee satisfaction and development, as well as compliance and health & safety.
As part of the management team, you will motivate the frontline team to achieve maximum delivery of exceptional customer service and plan and ensure yield opportunities by actively planning fleet volumes and labour resources with demand. You will analyse and constantly improve financial performance through capturing all growth opportunities and maintaining low cost levels.
To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Car and Truck rental experience is preferred with a strong customer service orientation
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a positive attitude, "people person"
- Good planning, prioritising, organising, strategic and time management skills
- Proven leadership and management experience in multi-location and/or large volume business
- Strong strategic & commercial acumen, ability to put forward the commercial strategy.
- Solution focused, with effective decision making and analytical skills
Your duties include but not limited to:
Be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the rental counters and car wash area
Provide sales coaching support to rental counter employees to ensure targets are met and exceeded
Lead and manage team members on shift
Develop a strong understanding of current rates, policies and procedures to ensure team member awareness and compliance is maintained
Ensure customer service issues are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner
Be flexible to work a seven day rotating roster
