About the Role:
The role will be reporting to the National Sales Manager playing a crucial role in elevating brand visibility while broadening the retail customer base.

• Cultivate and inspire to influence and mirror the essence of the business design philosophy.
• Assume the mantle of Brand Ambassador in the vibrant WA & SA regions.
• Infuse the retail group's strategic vision, steering towards not just sales growth but design brilliance.
• Working closely with the National Sales Manager - lead and oversee the transformation of the store by representing the brand.
• Build, lead and develop by establishing and nurturing relationships with customers and local stakeholders.
• Execute local implementation of the retail group's strategy and initiatives to propel sales growth.

About You:

• Tertiary qualified in Textiles/Interior Design. 
• Previous experience in interior design retail, particularly in flooring, carpet, or related areas, and interior styling.
• Channel your leadership skills, shaping excellence through effective communication and top-tier customer service.
• Possess a keen business acumen, sale and operational finesse.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and an understanding of the retail market trends in Perth, Adelaide & it's wider regions. 
• Strong ability to drive sales and operational efficiency.
• You will preferably be based in or close to Perth OR Adelaide.
