About your new Role
As the Brand and Retail Communications Manager you will report to our General Manager for Product and marketing and be based in our Zetland office 3 days per week.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for end to end communication of all brand, model and Retail Communications to drive the brand values and deliver the desired annual volume aspirations based on data and facts
- Key contributor to the brand strategy, strategic pillar projects and the global planning process
- Agency Management with full autonomy to own the Brand and decisions we make
- Strong collaboration and engagement within the broader team to achieve objectives and common goals
- Provide guidance, coaching and support for junior team members
- Manage the delivery, implementation and contractual terms for partnerships and sponsorships
About you
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- A Marketing, Communications or related qualification mandatory
- Extensive experience within Marketing, communications and understanding of strategic planning
- Hands on experience of Agency and supplier management
- Strong Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Robust communication, advisory and decision making skills
- Experience managing a marketing budget
