Your Opportunity... Brand Manager Communications Lead: Dairy Team.
An exciting opportunity exists within our Dairy Team for a Brand ManagerSponsorship & Communications MILO.
Are you passionate about leveraging sponsorships into consumer facing activations and creating long-term strategic partnerships? MILO has a long history of grassroots sports sponsorship and we are looking for the right person to amplify our partnerships and leverage across all touchpoints while building collaborative long-term relationships.
This role is also the lead for the development of local media and creative strategy through to execution with our local agencies and working closely with the local and global stakeholders to deliver distinctive, inspiring work.
This is a particularly dynamic Business Unit where strategy, innovation and communication are developed locally while working closely with internal and global stakeholders. You will be leading a variety of projects including:
Creative and media plans development and execution
Leverage and amplification of sponsorship programs building collaborative long-term relationships
Internal & external PR
Website & Ebusiness asset development
EDM programs and 1st Party Data activation
Product sampling & promotions
Leading Brand Health Tracking, Ad tracking and other research & evaluation.
What will make you successful?
We are looking for someone who is dynamic, upholds high integrity and has passion for what they do along with a healthy curiosity.
You will have exceptional skills at building internal and external relationships, leading and influencing a cross functional group to deliver projects.
You will be an expert in time management able to demonstrate skills in managing multiple deliverables and will be an experienced presenter and storyteller.
You will be driven by creating best practice in your projects, supporting the team in a culture of continual improvement.
You will also enjoy raising the profile of our work in the business.
You will be confident building relationships both face to face and virtually across a global cross-functional team of peers and stakeholders. Highly valued will be superior presenting, writing and analytic skills, along with experience in a fast-paced FMCG business.
You will be tertiary qualified and have demonstrable commercial and financial acumen.
