THE ROLE

The suitable candidate will have proven skills and experience and is passionate about the marketing, social media and content creation space with a focus on exemplary customer service.

We are a fast-growing business, and a major part of this role is managing and delivering top class content and customer service with laser-focused attention to detail.

The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager and work alongside our creative team including our Graphic Designers, Photographer and Digital Marketing Coordinator.

TASKS:

• Implement marketing plans across all channels including social media, ensuring brand/s are represented in line with company directives.

• Identify trends and opportunities.

• Multi-platform content planning, creation, editing and management.

• Internal data maintenance and record keeping.

• Answer customer phone calls and direct messages providing exceptional customer service.

• Liaise with external contributors, stakeholders and corporate partners.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Exemplary customer service and communication skills

• Advanced knowledge and understanding of current Social Media platforms

• Experience managing a busy schedule of varied tasks with ability to prioritise and self-manage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

DESIRABLE:

• Experience working with media editing software such as Premier Pro

• Experience working with Meta Suite

• A genuine interest and passion for the ethical hair and beauty industry
