Role Overview: 

You will play a pivotal role in executing our brand strategies to drive growth and enhance market presence. You will report directly to the CMO and have ongoing access to the owners of the company. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute strategic marketing plans to achieve Reosteel objectives and targets.
• Oversee the creation of marketing collateral with the help of a graphic design agency.
• Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including social media, email, and online advertising.
• Create engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, and written copy, to support marketing objectives and enhance brand presence.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement, to build and maintain a strong online presence.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to track effectiveness and optimize campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Digital Marketing 
• Proven experience (3-5 years experience) in a marketing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience in building supplies industry is a bonus.
