This is an exciting opportunity to develop your marketing experience, working collaboratively with a talented team, use industry-leading retail and eCommerce platforms to deliver marketing campaigns, communications, and partnerships.

Koorong is a trusted provider of resources to the broad Christian Community as well as Christian organisations. Koorong operates directly with its customers through retail stores, online, print, and digital publishing. The business is a fully owned subsidiary of Bible Society Australia one of the oldest charitable organisations in Australia.
About the Role:
- Refine and implement Brand and Marketing strategy, aligning with business goals.
- Connect with target audiences across various platforms & optimise brand presence
- Work alongside the marketing team, being a brand champion/guardian to schedule in necessary projects
- Lead the Marketing Coordinator to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered in a timely manner and to a high quality
- Work closely alongside the Buying Team, Sign Production and Store Managers to develop relevant, targeted and successful promotions
- Forge partnerships and collaborations with creative production teams, internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Spearhead the coordination of national omnichannel marketing campaigns, building marketing campaigns for the respective retail stores and reporting of post-campaign analysis
Selection Criteria:
- Commitment to the mission and vision of Koorong and The Bible Society of Opening The Bible to all people everywhere by all means possible
- 3-5 years of marketing experience within the retail space
- Strong Relationship Building skills
- Tertiary education in Marketing or relevant field desirable
- High attention to detail, quality and accuracy
- Demonstrated understanding of digital marketing and retail performance metrics
- Experience with marketing platforms and tools (e.g. Emarsys, Campaign Monitor, MailChimp, etc.)
- Good organisation skills, including the ability to track multiple projects and deadlines
- Articulate verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite and its functions is desirable
