Are you a commercially minded marketer who is passionate about building brands and product portfolio strategies that delights consumers?
Hasbro is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia and lead the Hasbro Gaming and Furby brand portfolio.
In this role, you will have P&L responsibility for your brands, including establishing pricing, forecasts and marketing spend budgets. You’ll build coordinated annual marketing plans to drive consumer demand and revenue growth and partner with internal and external to deploy these plans. You’ll analyze point-of-sale data to understand the trends of the business and drive agile decision-making. You will also partner with internal and external cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated consumer and retail programs ensuring executional excellence while managing brand programs on time and on budget.   
As a Brand Manager at Hasbro you will:
-Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to achieve financial target
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment and integration of brand / product / business objectives
-Localise and deploy marketing communications and promotional programs with agency partners
-Utilize insights from market analysis, performance metrics, consumer trends, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies and range planning for the portfolio
-Develop and execute range planning strategies to ensure the optimal assortment of products that meet consumer needs across Australia & New Zealand and align with brand positioning
-Lead the pricing strategy for assigned brands, taking into account competitive pricing dynamics, value proposition, and market positioning that supports revenue growth objectives while maintaining margin targets
-Have a command of the portfolio’s performance, with absolute clarity on drivers of growth & decline, ATL & BTL performance, upcoming risks and opportunities, and performance vs. plan
-Be able to share a narrative on the business to internal and external stakeholders at all levels
-Deliver impactful presentations on products to internal teams and external partners
 
What you'll Bring:
-5+ years of brand / product experience preferably in the consumer goods industry
-Proven ability to successfully utilize all elements of the marketing mix to drive the business
-Experience with P&L responsibility, budget, planning and management
-Strong analytical skills; consumer insight to leverage into thinking and planning
-Demonstrated success delivering on business results
-Proven ability to manage multiple projects 
-Personal leadership skills that inspire and influence
-Tertiary qualifications with a marketing specialization
