  • Implement and monitor the Data & CRM strategy for Coffee Brands (NESCAFE & STARBUCKS at Home), powerful digital initiatives including website, eCRM, and advocacy.
  • Establish best-in-class SEO | SEM strategies for owned and retailer sites to maximise digital presence
  • Manage eContent on owned channels and major eRetailers, including product updates, while liaising with brand teams to ensure alignment with content guidelines. Stay informed and communicate changes of e-Content guidelines, adjusting e-Content needs accordingly.
  • Partner with the brand teams to execute Digital and E-Commerce plans with key retail partners
  • You will deliver on Brand Building results: Brand Performance, Brand Health
  • Implement the NESCAFE Dolce Gusto strategy through the development of a comprehensive 3-year brand plan and yearly implementation plan (ICP).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and agency partners to manage the NESCAFE Dolce Gusto ECommerce Platform, ensuring a strong consumer experience and sustainable financial contribution to the business.
What will make you successful
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, and ECommerce.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage consumer insights to drive brand strategies.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO | SEM strategies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Knowledge of the FMCG industry and experience working with retail partners is a plus.
