The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Brand Manager who will be responsible for driving profitable growth for Dermalogica in the Professional channel. As part of a high performing marketing team and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll help develop and execute the marketing strategy to ensure Dermalogica remains the #1 Professional Skincare brand in Australia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Leverage market data and research to define a compelling marketing strategy to increase market share and expansion of our stockist network.
  • Project lead for key NPD launches in the professional skincare treatment center network and develop go-to-market plan in this channel.
  • Develop bespoke channel strategies and work with stockist in our professional skincare treatment center network to accelerate growth in the channel.
  • Support the development and implementation of the promotional program.
  • Lead the media and activations (eg trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, etc) that support the brand and key products launches throughout the year.
  • Establish strong relationships with key internal stakeholders and the stockist in our professional skincare treatment center network.
  • Provide monthly reports locally and globally on sales performance and channel/ market and competitor analysis.
  • Budget management
  • Ensure all launches and promotions reflect the Dermalogica brand compass: Education, Personalisation & Human Touch.

About You

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Professional Beauty brand management / marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in brand communications (media and activations) and development of go-to-market plans.
  • Experience with working with retail partners highly regarded.
  • Results and solution focused, driven by data.
  • Strong project management experience.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships.
