AddressWe are looking for a Brand Manager superstar who will be responsible for providing support to the on-going growth of the business with a focus on digital marketing including social media, ambassadors, branding, wholesale promotions and communications.
We are searching for a goal-driven, energetic and enthusiastic individual full-time at our Buderim office with hybrid opportunities 1-2 days per week for the right person.
You will have a strong grasp of concepts regarding marketing tools, strategies, and integrated digital marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on role, and we are looking for someone who isn't afraid to roll their sleeves up, take ownership and support the vision of our Directors.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop marketing and communication strategies to internal and external parties.
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing and advertising activities.
- Support the development, rollout and management of new marketing strategies and campaigns including the management of website marketing, social media, print media, events, marketing materials and strategic partnerships including ambassadors.
- Oversee events and promotional activities.
- Brainstorm new creative growth strategies.
- Oversee the development and production of content for the brand platforms, social networks (including TikTok!), and mobile platforms, specifically taking into account our core consumers and leveraging ambassador relationships
- Creation and management of the monthly marketing schedule – EDM (Klaviyo experience desired!) and social offers to our database, content output across all channels.
- Oversee content and updates to brand website – Shopify experience would be highly valued.
- Use analytics and insights to inform future campaigns and marketing planning.
What you need to be successful:
- An engaging, energetic and positive attitude.
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business or similar.
- A proven track record in a Marketing role for 4 years or more.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills and comfortable using platforms such as Monday.com.
- Experience in website development and implementation (Shopify).
- Experience working with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo).
- Experience and love of social media platforms including TikTok and Instagram.
- Knowledge and understanding of paid search and social channels.
- Experience in building and sustaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and focused on continuous improvement.
- Enthusiastic, confident in communication, attention to detail and can execute with excellence.
- Team player, welcoming ideas from others and prepared to actively share information.
