We currently have a unique opportunity for a Marketing and Brand Manager to join our small support office team located in Birtinya. This is a genuine opportunity to expand on this previously held position to continue to improve and innovate our marketing strategy and Brand. This is a both a strategic and operational role working with our Marketing Specialist (part time) with the following responsibilities:
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure a thorough mix of marketing channels and the best investments are achieving business goals
- Oversee and lead campaign work that is thought-led and solves business issues
- Work closely with the Operations team to meet revenue targets
- Oversee the management of all paid, owned and earned media
- Work with industry bodies to identify opportunities and gaps in the market
- Manage all agency relationships
- Monitor processes, systems and procedures to identify best practice
- Manage events and activations for the brand including trade and consumer shows
- Oversee all digital marketing including paid and owned channels
About you:
- Demonstrated experience in a marketing role ideally in tourism
- Sound knowledge and experience in modern Marketing and Brand applications
- Positive attitude to value add to the Breeze brand and work with a multidisciplinary support office team and work with our dedicated Park Managers
- Ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-faced environment.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
