The role
This role is initially for a 6 month fixed term, with the potential to move to a permanent basis for an outstanding Brand Manager. In this role you will have responsibility for one of the key brands in the portfolio involving the following key activities:
- Analysing the brand positioning and consumer insights
- Translating brand elements into plans and go to market strategies
- Working with key agencies in delivering BTL activities
- Working closely with the sales team to execute the brand plans
- Helping shape and communicate the brand vision
- Innovate creative brand plans
- Manage budgetary spends
The role is a hybrid with the office in the SE Suburbs and the freedom to work from home 2 days per week
What you can offer
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline
- Proven success in an FMCG Brand Manager or an ABM ready for the next move
- Experience in working with agencies and a small dynamic team
- High level of presentation and communication skills
- Ability to create and execute meaningful brand plans
- High level of commercial acumen
