In brand-new, state of the art offices based in Mulgrave we are looking for a personable, dynamic, driven and ambitious Brand Manager, who can hit the ground running. The Brand Manager is responsible for developing, managing, executing a variety of critical brand building activities to increase brand awareness, support retail marketing initiatives, and lead social and public relations for the two brands. Specifically, this person will be responsible for the development of marketing plans and materials, and brand expansion initiatives in the Australian & New Zealand markets across all channels.
Key duties
- Assisting with creation of Brand plans and portfolio priorities
- Support media strategy development and delivery of marketing communications plans
- Ownership of Brand guidelines.
- Support in development of Post Campaign Reviews and program Return On Investment evaluation.
- Manage A&P budget and Purchase Order management. Utilise strong project management skills to gain support from internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely project execution and goal attainment.

- Drive Go To Market support plans to drive demand for our New Product Innovation Pipeline
- Execute new product launches, core brand and product retailer initiatives, and advertising strategy.
- Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including TV, digital, social media, print, and in-store promotions, to drive brand visibility and engagement in partnership with the company’s internal marketing department and agency partners.
- Collaborate and lead with internal team and/or external agency partners for creation / adaptation of existing global assets
- Manage all web and social platforms, partnering with external agencies as needed, to monitor and continue the engagement with consumers. Management includes content creation, planning and execution of all digital platforms.
- Lead Public Relations internally and manage ad-hoc PR activity
- Develop consumer & trade materials
- Assist Sales team in planning and attending events and tradeshow activities as needed.
- Serve as the contact for brand performance and market analytics across all channels.
About You:
- Strong marketing experience in ATL & BTL campaign management including building or managing a portfolio of brands, with an understanding of the platforms, channels and strategies that reach target audiences and drive brand performance
- 2-4 years integrated brand marketing experience, with specific experience leveraging digital and social media as well as shopper marketing to build brands
- Adaptability to fast-paced and changing environments while maintaining accountability, alongside persistence to meet deadlines with a hands-on approach.

- Experience with retail data/analytics platforms (e.g., Nielsen, Krunchbox) preferred.
