Brand Manager - Sydney, Australia

(Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic marketing team in Sydney, Australia. This role involves managing and communicating Tilray’s medical cannabis brands to healthcare professionals, pharmacies, hospitals and distribution partners in Australia and New Zealand. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in developing and executing brand strategies, driving product growth, and enhancing market presence.

This role has a flexible work schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive brand strategies for four medical cannabis brands.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Product Management: Oversee the lifecycle of each product, ensuring alignment with brand vision and goals.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations to ensure cohesive brand messaging and execution.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize strategies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulatory requirements and ethical standards

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Experience in the medicinal cannabis industry is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proven track record in managing successful marketing campaigns.
    • Expertise in end-to-end brand management. .
    • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Attributes:
