Brand Marketing Manager

Intro Recruitment has been engaged to recruit a Brand Marketing Manager by one of Queensland’s leading volume home builders. You would be joining their team based in Southport. Either on full-time or part-time bases. 

Responsibilities:

• Making sure the business culture, values and goals are aligned with the imaging and marketing they want to project to the outside world.
• Build and maintain a strong and positive image of the client in the market, including but not limited to market trends, competitor analysis and enhancing visibility and reputation.
• Execute a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals
• Updating the website content
• Conduct market research and gather customer insights to review the new brand strategy performance.
• Monitor and analyse brand performance, track brand metrics, and provide regular reports to measure the success of brand initiatives and campaigns.
• Provide guidance and support to other departments or team members on brand-related matters to ensure consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Candidate Criteria:

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
• A Tertiary Education in marketing or related field is beneficial
• Excellent communication skills that are adaptable to various audiences
• The ability to be a self-starter, someone who wants to be hands on 
• Excellent writing skills 
• Highly organised with an eye for detail
• Ability to work under pressure 
• Proficiency with creative software/tools, Canva/Adobe
