Responsibilities:
- Develop impactful marketing campaigns and communications
- Manage all online sales and marketing activities
- Ensure brand expression consistency across platforms
- Analyse marketplace trends and competition to strategise effectively
- Collaborate cross-functionally for problem-solving and process improvement
- Optimize product listings, blogs, and customer content
- Oversee web development, branding, and online promotions
- Execute integrated campaigns via digital, SEM, and social media
- Maintain website compliance and freshness
- Maximise agency performance and support post-evaluation
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Commerce / Marketing
- 3-5 years of Brand Manager experience, preferably in eCommerce
- Experience in complimentary medicine or skin care/beauty is required
- Proficiency in digital marketing and eCommerce platforms
- Experience launching or driving growth in a new brand and / or brand channel is desirable.
- Financial management skills and stakeholder management experience
- Creativity: Generate unique ideas and inspire others
- Perspective: See the big picture and project future scenarios
- Research/Data-Driven: Distil insights from data to drive brand communication
- Ability to work collaboratively and with drive and initiative in at times a high-pressure environment
